Answers That Show Their Work

Some answers need more than paragraphs. Starting today, ChatVLM replies can include diagrams, mathematical notation, and inline citations — rendered natively, streamed live, in every conversation.

Diagrams, drawn while you watch

Ask for an architecture overview, a state machine, or a sequence of events, and ChatVLM can answer with a Mermaid diagram that renders directly in the chat — flowcharts, sequence diagrams, entity relationships, and more. No copy-pasting into external tools.

Real math, not ASCII art

Equations now render with proper LaTeX typesetting. Whether it's a quick derivative or a full policy-gradient derivation, notation appears in the conversation the way it would in a paper — typeset, aligned, and streamed as the model writes it.

Citations you can check

When ChatVLM answers from web sources, claims are now backed by inline citations — small references you can click to see exactly where a statement came from. Trust, but verify, without leaving the conversation.

Wide mode

Diagrams and derivations want horizontal space, so we also added wide mode: a single toggle that stretches the conversation to use your full display. Great for code review, tables, and side-by-side reasoning.

Everything here works with any model behind the Smart Router, on every plan. Just ask for a diagram, a proof, or a sourced answer — and watch it draw.
